~March and April were tough months financially, but May is turning out to be positively punitive. We're down to the cash I keep stashed away as a general rule. There was twenty bucks I thought I could safely use in the bank, but a random domain name charge came out of left field. I asked Le-Le to dump it and get the money back, but the server owner is a fucking flake and hard to get a hold of.

So the recycling is in the back of the trucklette, even though I had planned to wait until next weekend to maximize the return. I need a few bucks worth of gas to head to WinCo and I refuse to play games with that shit. I'm in no fucking mood to wind up empty all the way out on fucking Sierra Highway.

I'm genuinely worried that we're not going to make it through the month. We won't starve – and we do have enough grub for the kitties – but I'm worried we'll run out of milk etc and have no money left at all.

And we're already asking for Fridge Money, that option is closed as well. That $230 sits there temptingly, but it's an 'all or nothing' gig, so it's untouchable.

Had a meltdown this morning when I found out about that stupid mother fucking domain charge, just sat and wept. [the fridge issue is making things even worse] This is classic Financial Vagueness, one of the key issues of the Disease of Debting. I went to Debters Anonymous years ago. It's a Disease I got from my parents. /sigh

Anyway, this is my last trip to WinCo until June. I'm squeezing every mother fucking dime until it fucking screams....
